The world around us is coming to an end
No, literally. If we continue these atrocities against each other any longer, I have absolutely no doubt there will be no Earth, no ‘Vasudaiva Kutumbakam’ to live in or anything. Anyone keeping up to date with the news will know that mankind is crossing its limits, formed for the people of this generation. The Russia- Ukraine war is its most significant example. Millions of innocent lives are lost and sacrificed for the greed and power of some political leaders, or dare I say, communist leaders. And this is just the war that we hear about. Imagine the number of souls being lost in the smaller parts of the world unheard or unseen by anybody. The murders committed, just to hide some wrong you might have done or just because you hate someone so much.
Politics
knows no end. Politicians are like wolves ready to tear up anyone or anything to
win, to show everyone they are on top. And the people who blindly follow them?
Worse than them. Doing anything in the name of nationalism, free speech, and
secularism, while they are just feeding the fire of communism. Then again, God
hasn’t created man to think the same way. What is free speech to someone, may
look like crossing the limits for someone else. I guess that’s something that
cannot be stopped especially in a country of 1 billion people.
Our country
was known for its 'rich culture' because of the harmony between people. But
really, is it even visible anymore? Everyone is consumed by the fear of losing
themselves or their loved ones if they speak the truth. Everyone just wants to
live a life undisturbed, ready to do anything to live. Will we ever get out of this
limitless cycle of greed and fake masks of kindness? The sooner we realize that
nobody in the world cares for us, the better it is.
